1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AeroMagic ("the app"), developed and operated by Aerocube ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using AeroMagic, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Service
AeroMagic is a mobile application that helps users optimize their photo and video storage through on-device compression, duplicate detection, and intelligent cleanup tools. The app operates entirely on your device and does not require an internet connection for core features.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use AeroMagic. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. User Accounts
AeroMagic does not require account creation. Your subscription status is managed through your Apple ID and the App Store.
5. Free and Premium Tiers
5.1 Free Tier
The free tier includes:
- Photo library scanning and analysis
- Photo optimization (limited to 25 photos per session)
- Screenshots and documents cleanup
- Basic storage insights
5.2 Premium Tier
Premium subscribers receive access to all features, including:
- Unlimited photo optimization
- Video optimization with advanced codec options
- Live Photo conversion
- AI Smart Cleanup (blurry, low-light, obstructed photo detection)
- Similar and duplicate photo detection
- Large files cleanup
- Files & Downloads scanning
- Storage forecast and advanced insights
6. Subscriptions and Payments
6.1 Billing
Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Available plans include monthly, yearly, and lifetime options. Prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region.
6.2 Auto-Renewal
Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
6.3 Managing Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or through the App Store.
6.4 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
6.5 Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated in the app. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
7. Your Responsibilities
When using AeroMagic, you agree to:
- Back up your data. While AeroMagic is designed to safely optimize your media, we strongly recommend maintaining a backup of your photo library (e.g., iCloud Photos, a computer backup) before performing optimizations or deletions.
- Review before deleting. Always review items before confirming deletion. Deleted items are moved to the Recently Deleted album in Photos, where they remain for 30 days before permanent removal.
- Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
8. Media Modifications
AeroMagic modifies your photo library by:
- Creating compressed versions of photos and videos
- Removing original versions after successful compression
- Deleting items you explicitly select for removal
- Converting Live Photos to still images when requested
These actions are performed only with your explicit initiation. The app will always request confirmation through iOS system dialogs before modifying or deleting photos.
Important: Optimizations that replace original media cannot be fully reversed. While compressed photos maintain high visual quality, some data from the original file may be lost. We recommend backing up originals before optimizing.
9. Intellectual Property
AeroMagic and all associated content, features, and functionality (including design, code, icons, and text) are owned by Aerocube and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
AeroMagic is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy of storage savings estimates
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Compatibility with all devices or iOS versions
Savings estimates displayed in the app are approximations and actual results may vary based on your media content and device capabilities.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aerocube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of photos or videos, or loss of profits, arising from your use of AeroMagic.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aerocube from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. You may stop using the app and delete it at any time.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
